Amazing stay!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are clean and well-kept. I really loved the pool choices. The staff goes the extra mile every time! I cannot believe how very nice the rooms are. We will 100% be coming back. It is a great spot for family, wonderful food and amazing memories.

My Premium Room was spacious and well-appointed. The decor was modern. there were two comfortable armchairs. The bathroom included both a shower and a separate bathtub and I enjoyed this.

Mixed Experience at a Costly Hotel

I found the upkeep severely lacking. The carpet in the foyer was threadbare. Toilets near the pool lacked toilet paper. I found them dirty. It is not a pleasant place to go. I noticed the mykonos beach bar was really grubby. the place needs a refit to bring it up to what is supposed to be an indulgent escape. I won't come back.

the grounds are beautiful, and the architecture looks excellent at first glance.

I found the service lacking. the staff seemed overwhelmed and often unable to fulfill simple requests. It seemed like i was constantly chasing after assistance. my room's air conditioning barely worked. the mini-bar wasn't consistently restocked, a minor annoyance that added to the overall sense of neglect. overall cleanliness in public areas wasn't great, dirty cups left near the elevators for hours.
